Sharpasand is an enticing drama story about an individual who is highly manipulative and has the guts to break the lives of many. The role is played by Naumaan Ijaz as Farasat Ali, a man who is widely respected in his community for being noble, religious, and helpful. However, beneath this perfect mask, he keeps on hiding a cruel nature and a sharp temper that he keeps on using to control and wound those around him. This drama takes a new turn when a happy couple, Sanam (Hareem Farooq) and Fida (Affan Waheed), move into the neighborhood. Farasat Ali becomes obsessed with breaking their bond, and he keeps on using lies and clever schemes to create misunderstandings between them. The drama also depicts the struggle of Shazmeen (Hira Mani), a widow who tries to take a stand against Sharafat. It is a powerful exploration of how "sharp-tongued" and "manipulative" masses can take a decisive part in breaking the relationships while acting like heroes.
