Four prestigious universities from United Kingdom to open campuses in Punjab

Punjab is set to become a major hub for international education, as several globally renowned universities have agreed to establish their campuses in the province. Students will soon be capable of getting access from world-class education without leaving Pakistan. 

Four British Universities Coming to Punjab 

In a major breakthrough, four prestigious universities from the United Kingdom — namely: 

• University of London 

• Brunel University 

• University of Gloucestershire 

• University of Leicester 

— have confirmed plans to set up their campuses in the province. These institutions are known globally for their high academic standards, research quality, and strong employability rates. 

For students who dream of studying abroad but are restricted by financial or visa constraints, this move could prove to be life-changing. 

Kazakhstan and South Korea Join In 

The initiative doesn’t stop with the UK. Prominent universities from Kazakhstan and Korea University, one of South Korea’s leading higher education institutions, have also agreed to launch their campuses in Punjab.

In addition, the South Korean government has announced the establishment of a free language center in the province.
