Additionally, the tickets will feature the LePark email, toll-free number, and WhatsApp contact in order to handle citizen complaints. For motorcyclists, blue slips will be provided, and for cars, green slips.
The new tickets will include QR codes, serial numbers, and detailed information about the location and the issuing worker. This will help in tracking and verifying tickets, reducing fraud and unauthorized parking.
