The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has launched one of Rawalpindi’s most ambitious recreational projects to date—an expansive Rs 450 million family park in Adiala. As per PHA Director General Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, the project is designed to escort urban-level recreation facilities closer to residents who often travel long distances for quality leisure spaces.
