Are you a passionate young Pakistani eager to make your mark on the global stage? Here’s is the chance and you must avail it! Applications are now open for the Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) 2025, to be held from September 4 to 7, 2025, in Geneva, Switzerland.
Organized by the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL), this international event brings together young leaders from all over the globe for a unique leadership and networking experience. The forum supports the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027 and the UN Youth2030 Strategy, focusing on
- Youth empowerment
- Global cooperation
- Sustainable development.
Who Can Apply?
YEF 2025 is now open to young people aged 16 to 46 from all nationalities and Pakistan is also in the list. You are eligible if you are following the given criteria:
• A student or recent graduate
• A young professional
• A member of an NGO or civil society organization
• A journalist, researcher, or policy enthusiast
• Passionate about global change and sustainable development
No prior experience or language certificate like IELTS is required. Both budding youth leaders and experienced changemakers are welcome to apply.
Selection Criteria
Applicants will be assessed based on:
• Interest in youth leadership and empowerment
• Strong motivation and communication skills
• Engagement in public policy, sustainability, or global issues
• Dedication to inclusion and community impact
