The bus is operated by a private Pakistani transport company, will travel from Islamabad to Tashkurgan, a scenic city in China’s Xinjiang region. The entire journey will take around 38 hours, including an overnight stay provided by the company.
Passengers won’t have to worry about meals on the way, as the ticket price covers four meals along with a night’s accommodation. The bus ride itself spans 26 hours of actual travel time, winding through the breathtaking Karakoram Highway — often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World” for its stunning mountain views.
