Saudi Arabia opens jobs for female Pakistani nurses with 4,500 riyals salary package

In a promising development for Pakistan’s healthcare professionals, Saudi Arabia has opened its doors to qualified female nurses from Pakistan, offering an appealing monthly salary of 4,500 Saudi Riyals (SAR) along with several other benefits. The initiative marks yet another step in strengthening Pakistan–Saudi employment cooperation, particularly in the vital healthcare sector. 

High Demand for Pakistani Nurses 

A leading Saudi healthcare group has expressed interest in hiring Pakistani nurses under the age of 40, recognizing their professional training and dedication. Candidates must possess a four-year Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN, 16 years of education) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. 

Those who have already cleared the Prometric licensing exam will be given preference and may even be called directly for interviews, streamlining their recruitment process. 

Salary, Work Schedule, and Job Role 

The advertised position is for a Special Nurse, offering a monthly salary of SAR 4,500 for a seven-day work schedule, with 12-hour shifts per day. Out of this, five to six hours involve active patient care, while the remaining time is kept for standby duties.

For nurses who prefer a six-day workweek, the salary will be reduced by SAR 500, but they will still enjoy all other employment benefits. 

Accommodation, Travel, and Other Benefits 

The employer makes certain that all nurses are provided with  

  • Free shared accommodation 
  • Fully equipped with basic furniture 
  • Air-conditioning 
  • Attached washrooms

In addition, free transportation will be provided between the workplace and the residence, making daily commutes easy and safe. 

The package also includes economy-class air tickets from Pakistan to Jeddah at the start of employment and upon contract completion. Employees will be entitled to 21 days of annual leave, and those renewing their contracts will receive a return air ticket to Pakistan every two years.

Applicants must upload a bank challan of Rs 1,000, which is generated during the online application process, along with their completed form.
