In a landmark development for Pakistan’s tech and retail landscape, Airlink Communication has confirmed plans to open the country’s first-ever official Apple retail store by the end of 2025.

This long-awaited milestone marks a major step forward in Apple’s formal presence in Pakistan and reflects the growing demand for premium technology products across the country.

The Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore

As per details shared during Airlink’s recent corporate briefing session — attended by Topline Securities — the upcoming Apple store will be located inside Dolmen Mall Lahore, one of the city’s most popular and high-end shopping destinations. The outlet will operate alongside a Xiaomi retail store, creating a vibrant tech hub for consumers.

For years, Apple enthusiasts in Pakistan have had to rely on third-party resellers or online imports, often at higher prices and without official after-sales support. The establishment of an official store means that customers will soon enjoy authentic Apple products, genuine warranties, and official repair services — all under one roof.

Airlink’s Role and Apple Partnership

This major step follows Airlink’s appointment in September 2024 as a premium partner for Apple in Pakistan. The partnership was facilitated by GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorized distributor in the country.

Through this collaboration, Apple intends to strengthen its retail presence and streamline product availability through structured, transparent, and official channels.

Airlink has stated that the initiative will make it easier for customers to purchase the full Apple lineup — including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories — directly from an official retail outlet.

Expanding Tech Horizons

Airlink also revealed some of its exciting updates on its broader tech portfolio. The organization is ready to get 10,000 Acer laptops by November 2025 as part of a pilot project. If successful, Airlink plans to initiate local manufacturing of laptops, contributing to tech industry growth of Pakistan.

Additionally, Airlink revealed ongoing negotiations to onboard another smartphone brand for local assembly and distribution, though final agreements are still pending.

With Apple’s official entry into Pakistan’s retail market, consumers can finally look forward to a flawless, authentic, and premium Apple experience — one that is showing strong alignment to global standards right here at home.
