Hyundai set to revolutionize Pakistan’s SUV market with Tucson Hybrid launch

The local car market in 2025 has visible steady activity, with numerous new car launches in just 4 months. Models like the Kia Sportage L, GuGo box EV, JAC T9 Hunter, MG HS Trophy, and Isuzu D-Max have already entered the scene. Now, it appears that Hyundai is preparing to join the listing with a new version. 

If you remember, back in December 2024, the spotted unit of the Hyundai Tucson sparked rumors of its potential release. At that point, we contacted Hyundai Nishat Motors, but they rejected the possibility of its launch, stating that “it is a private import.” But market experts believed we would get a brand new Tucson in 2025, specifically after the launch of the Kia Sportage L, a direct competitor. 

Hyundai Tucson Hybrid ‘nearly here’ 

Now, there’s a major update on the launch of the new Hyundai Tucson in Pakistan. Yesterday, the company published on its social media platforms asking, “Are you ready for unstoppable power, groundbreaking efficiency, and endless adventure?” The second line of the post is more essential because it mentions, “The revolutionary Hyundai All-Wheel Power Hybrid is almost here,” meaning we are getting an AWD hybrid Tucson soon.

Expected specs & features 

Coming to the main aspect, let’s talk about the expected specs and capabilities of this upcoming crossover SUV. We’re not very knowledgeable about the car yet, but our reliable resources have given us some hints, and according to them, the new Tucson could have: 

• Latest-generation model globally 

• AWD with terrain modes 

• Hybrid version 

• ADAS features 

• Long-wheelbase version
