• Enhanced infection control mechanisms

• Fall prevention technologies

This infrastructure strongly depicts a future-forward approach that is intended to revolutionize patient care and safety in Pakistan.

• Remote access to NHS specialists for second opinions

• Observation of NHS multidisciplinary team meetings

In complex cases, patients may also be referred to Imperial’s private care facilities in London, a move that would generate reciprocal benefits for the NHS through affiliate service revenue.

British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Jane Marriott CMG OBE, highlighted the win-win nature of this partnership. “By sharing clinical best practices and developing staff capacity, this collaboration will help save lives,” she stated.

She emphasized that UK’s world-class healthcare expertise is being extended to Pakistan, while the NHS gains both financial and global leadership advantages.

Importantly, profits from affiliate services provided under this partnership will be reinvested back into the NHS, further strengthening public healthcare in the UK.

Strategic Diplomacy: A Stronger UK-Pakistan Relationship

During a three-day official visit, the British High Commissioner and UK Trade Envoy Mohammad Yasin MP toured the hospital site and engaged with Novacare and Andalus Holdings leadership. Remarkable figures included:

• Johannes Kedzierski (CEO, Novacare)

• Faraz Minai (Director, Novacare & CEO, Andalus Holdings)

• Ghalib Hafiz, Mustafa Hassan, and Qaiser Rafiq (Novacare Directors)

 A Beacon of Modern Healthcare

This strategic collaboration breaks a new ground in global healthcare partnerships, strategically aligning Novacare as a model of smart, integrated and healthcare services in South Asia. As construction progresses, this project indicates not only medical innovation but also the deepening UK-Pakistan relationship in healthcare diplomacy.
