The Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2025 turned into a glimpse of the country’s automotive future, and right at the centre of that spotlight was GWM Pakistan. When attendees saw it go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds, the reaction was instant – surprise, excitement, and a flood of social media videos. That performance earned it the informal crown of Pakistan’s fastest SUV, a title that resonated strongly with younger car enthusiasts.
Power, Range, and Practicality
Beyond speed, the numbers on efficiency and range impressed families, professionals, and daily commuters alike:
• Combined driving range: up to 1,043 km (NEDC)
• Pure electric range: around 100 km, enough for most daily commutes without using fuel
• Fast charging: from 30% to 80% in about 28 minutes, ideal for quick top-ups during a shopping trip or coffee break
For many visitors, this was a first real encounter with a vehicle that could manage daily city life fully on EV mode, yet still offer the security of a petrol engine for long trips.
